We Train
We conduct extensive food service training to galley crew, including topics on food preparation and waste reduction, streamlined galley management, menu and budget planning and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles in accordance with MLC 2006 (Regulation 3.2).
We also assist in organizing the galley crew performance for optimal recipe and menu planning, nutritional value, storage management, safe food handling, and hygiene.
We Get the Order
Through the use of strategic and innovative menu engineering system, we are able to source fresh and nutritious ingredients from our network of suppliers and deliver directly to vessels. To ensure the best quality of provision supplies, we maintain a pool of reputable suppliers worldwide who are available 24/7 to assist in guaranteeing ship’s food requirements.
We Process
We work with the pre-negotiated budget of ship owners and managers to ensure that a standard fleet provisioning process is being implemented—from ordering and purchasing of ingredients and products to menu planning, delivery, ship visit and evaluation, and extensive crew training and orientation. These victualing and onboard food services are targeted towards reducing administrative costs and overheads.
